A bet is considered valid and final the moment the 98bet system confirms it and displays a receipt with a reference number. 98bet publishes odds for football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Copa Libertadores, Copa Sul-Americana), MMA and UFC, basketball (NBB), volleyball (Superliga), tennis, e-sports, and other sports. Odds may be updated by 98bet at any time before an event begins. Bets confirmed prior to any odds change are honored at the odds in effect at the time of confirmation.
In cases of an obvious technical error in published odds — for example, odds clearly outside normal market ranges — 98bet reserves the right to cancel the affected bets and refund the staked amount. Users will be notified by email if a bet is cancelled due to an odds error.
The cash out feature lets you settle a bet before the event ends, receiving a real-time value calculated based on the current match situation and live odds. Cash out can be full (closing the entire bet) or partial (closing only a portion of it). Cash out availability is not guaranteed for all markets and events, and may be temporarily suspended during critical moments in the game.
In accumulator bets (parlays), all selections must win for the payout to be made. If an event within an accumulator is cancelled — due to suspension, postponement, or any other reason — that selection is removed from the accumulator and the odds are recalculated without that event.
If an event is cancelled before it begins, all bets on that event will be fully refunded. If an event is postponed, 98bet will wait up to 48 hours for it to take place. If the event does not occur within that window, all bets will be refunded. For events suspended mid-play, bets are settled according to the specific rules of each sport.

The minimum deposit is R$ 10.00. 98bet does not accept third-party deposits — the payment method used must belong to the account holder with the same CPF registered on the account.
Withdrawals at 98bet are processed using the same method as the original deposit, always to an account under the same CPF registered on the account. The minimum withdrawal is R$ 30.00. Pix withdrawals are processed within 10 minutes in the vast majority of cases. For withdrawals via other methods, processing times may vary.
Every account's first withdrawal requires full identity verification (KYC). Have your documents ready to speed up the process. 98bet does not charge withdrawal fees, though your receiving bank may apply its own fees in some cases.
Your 98bet account balance is split into real balance (deposited funds or winnings from real-money bets) and bonus balance (credits granted through promotions). The real balance can be withdrawn at any time, subject to the R$ 30.00 minimum. The bonus balance is subject to rollover requirements before it can be withdrawn.

All bonus balances granted by 98bet are subject to a rollover requirement — meaning users must wager the bonus amount a minimum number of times before withdrawing any balance generated from it. The specific rollover requirements are always disclosed before each promotion is activated. Cancelled, refunded, or sub-1.50 odds bets generally do not count toward the rollover.
Important: The use of arbitrage strategies, low-risk betting, or any systematic method to meet rollover requirements without genuine risk of loss is prohibited by 98bet. If such activity is identified, 98bet may cancel the bonus and any winnings generated from it.
Bonuses have an expiration date as defined in each promotion's terms. Unused bonuses or those whose rollover requirements were not met within the allotted time are automatically removed from the account with no compensation.
98bet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice. Bonuses already granted and in progress are not affected by the cancellation of future promotions.
